    A detail-oriented cleaning professional who delivers consistently high results — especially in short-term rental turnovers and post-renovation deep cleans. Someone who understands that a spotless property is often the first impression a guest or owner receives.

    Responsibilities

    • Turnover cleaning for short-term rental properties — thorough, fast, and to a repeatable standard between guest stays
    • Post-renovation and post-construction deep cleaning — removing dust, residues, and construction debris to make properties move-in ready
    • Regular maintenance cleaning for villas and apartments under SolidMaint management
    • Laundry handling, bed preparation, and restocking of consumables for rental properties
    • Checking property condition during cleaning — reporting maintenance issues, damages, or missing items via mobile app
    • Before/after photos of every job in Property Vault
    • Following property-specific checklists provided through the ERP system

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of professional cleaning experience — private properties, holiday rentals, or hospitality
    • Experience with short-term rental turnovers: speed, consistency, and attention to detail under time pressure
    • Familiarity with post-renovation cleaning techniques — dealing with construction dust, paint residues, grouting haze, and protective film removal
    • Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products and methods for different surfaces — marble, natural stone, wood, glass, stainless steel
    • Willingness to use a smartphone for work orders, checklists, and visual reporting
    • Driver's license and own vehicle initially, company vehicle later
    • Eligibility for registration in Spain (autónomo or employment contract)

    Work Environment

    • Premium villas and apartments in the Marbella, Estepona, Benahavís, and Mijas areas
    • A mix of scheduled maintenance cleans, time-sensitive rental turnovers, and project-based post-renovation work
    • Clientele mainly foreigners — Finns, Brits, Germans, Dutch, Belgians
    • Support from management and customer service — you don't handle negotiations or complaints
    • Coordination with property managers and other field technicians through the ERP system
