A sharp-eyed cleaning professional who delivers consistently high standards — especially in short-term rental changeovers and post-renovation deep cleans. Someone who understands that a spotless property is often the first impression a guest or owner gets.
Responsibilities
- Changeover cleaning of short-term rental apartments — thorough, fast and consistently high quality between guests
- Deep cleaning after renovation and construction work — removing dust, residue and building debris to bring the property to move-in condition
- Regular maintenance cleaning at villas and apartments managed by SolidMaint
- Laundry, bed preparation and restocking of consumables at rental properties
- Observing the property's condition while cleaning — reporting maintenance needs, damage or missing items via the mobile app
- Before/after photos of every visit in Property Vault
- Following property-specific checklists as directed by the ERP
What we expect
- At least 2 years' professional cleaning experience — private homes, holiday rentals or hospitality
- Experience with short-term rental changeover cleaning: speed, consistency and precision under time pressure
- Knowledge of post-renovation cleaning techniques — handling construction dust, paint splatter, grout haze and protective films
- Knowledge of cleaning products and methods for different surface materials — marble, natural stone, wood, glass, stainless steel
- Willingness to use a smartphone for work orders, checklists and photo reporting
- Driving licence and your own vehicle initially, company vehicle later
- Eligible to register in Spain (autónomo or employment contract)
