You'll build and maintain SolidMaint's data and AI agent infrastructure. You'll make sure AI isn't a demo but part of production reality.
Responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining AI agents: customer service, field assistance, content production
- LLM integrations and prompt optimisation
- Data architecture: Property Vault data, reputation data, property data
- Data quality and AI learning from usage data
- Collaboration with the Product Manager, Engineering Lead and Quality Manager
- Cost optimisation — AI call efficiency and cost management
- Experimenting with new AI features and productising them
What we expect
- Strong experience building LLM applications — not just demos
- Understanding of production AI systems: latency, reliability, costs
- Data engineering skills: databases, pipelines, ETL
- A pragmatic approach — where AI fits, and where it doesn't
- Fluent English
