You will build and maintain SolidMaint's data and AI agent infrastructure. You are responsible for ensuring that AI is not just a demo but a part of production reality.
Responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining AI agents: customer service, technician assistance, content creation
- LLM integrations and prompt optimization
- Data architecture: Property Vault data, reputation data, property data
- Data quality and AI learning from usage data
- Collaboration with the Product Manager, Engineering Lead, and Quality Manager
- Cost optimization — efficiency of AI calls and pricing management
- Experimenting with and productizing new AI features
Requirements
- Strong experience in building LLM applications — not just demos
- Understanding of production AI systems: latency, reliability, costs
- Data engineering skills: databases, pipelines, ETL
- A pragmatic approach — where AI fits and where it doesn't
- Fluent English

Work Environment
