Responsibilities
- Receiving orders from the ERP and through customer service
- Optimizing daily routes and schedules — technician availability, areas, workloads
- Handling emergencies — leaks, power outages, alarm activations
- Monitoring technician availability and managing capacity
- Close communication with customer service and team leads
- Analyzing ERP data: where are the bottlenecks, what can be improved
- Participating in weekly operational reviews
Requirements
- Experience in dispatching, logistics, or other coordination tasks
- Quick decision-making under pressure
- Fluent Spanish required, fluent English, other languages are an advantage
- Strong command of digital tools and data
- Systematic work approach — structured problem-solving, not improvisation
