    Dispatcher

    apply.intro

The operator of the daily workflow. You receive customer orders, prioritise them and route them to the right professional at the right time. The ERP suggests; human judgement confirms.

    Responsibilities

    • Receiving orders from the ERP and via customer service
    • Optimising daily routes and schedules — technician availability, areas, workloads
    • Handling acute situations — a leak, a power outage, an alarm going off
    • Monitoring technician availability and managing capacity
    • Close contact with customer service and team leads
    • Analysing ERP data: where the bottlenecks are, what can be improved
    • Taking part in the weekly operational review

    What we expect

    • Experience in dispatching, logistics or another coordination role
    • Fast decision-making under pressure
    • Fluent Spanish essential, fluent English, other languages an advantage
    • Strong command of digital tools and data
    • A systematic way of working — structured problem-solving, not improvisation

    What SolidMaint offers

    • The ERP makes the job far easier than traditional dispatching — no wrestling with Excel or WhatsApp threads
    • You see the impact directly: customer satisfaction and balanced technician workloads are your measurable results
    • A career path to Field Operations Manager or broader coordination roles
    • Stable pay + a bonus tied to team performance

    Working environment

    • Costa del Sol office, with the option of partial remote work
    • The dispatcher team will grow to several people as we scale — one or two of you at the start
    • Constant contact with field professionals and customer service — the work is social and reactive
