The operator of the daily workflow. You receive customer orders, prioritise them and route them to the right professional at the right time. The ERP suggests; human judgement confirms.
Responsibilities
- Receiving orders from the ERP and via customer service
- Optimising daily routes and schedules — technician availability, areas, workloads
- Handling acute situations — a leak, a power outage, an alarm going off
- Monitoring technician availability and managing capacity
- Close contact with customer service and team leads
- Analysing ERP data: where the bottlenecks are, what can be improved
- Taking part in the weekly operational review
What we expect
- Experience in dispatching, logistics or another coordination role
- Fast decision-making under pressure
- Fluent Spanish essential, fluent English, other languages an advantage
- Strong command of digital tools and data
- A systematic way of working — structured problem-solving, not improvisation
