    Engineering Lead

    You'll lead the development team: architecture, code quality, release cadence. The bridge between the CTO's strategic vision and daily execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Leading and growing the development team
    • Architecture decisions and technical solutions together with the CTO
    • Code quality, testing practices, CI/CD
    • Development cadence and release management
    • Managing outsourced developers and freelancers
    • Technical recruitment together with the HR Manager
    • Mentoring and supporting developers' career paths

    What we expect

    • At least 7 years' experience in software development, several years leading teams
    • Experience with the Node.js / TypeScript and Next.js stack preferred
    • Understanding of integrating AI into a product
    • Fluent English
    • A pragmatic technical approach — technology choices must fit the stage of the business
