Responsibilities

Leading the development team and growing the team
Architectural decisions and technical solutions together with the CTO
Code quality, testing practices, CI/CD
Development cadence and release management
Managing outsourced developers and freelancers
Technical recruitment together with the HR Manager
Mentoring and supporting developers' career paths

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in software development, with several years in a team leadership role
Experience with Node.js / TypeScript and Next.js stack is preferred
Understanding of integrating AI into a product
Fluent English
Pragmatic technical approach — chosen technologies must fit the business stage
