Leads SolidMaint's daily field operations — supporting team leads, coordinating work dispatch, and overseeing quality in the field. A role that turns strategy into operational reality.
Responsibilities
- Daily support for team leads via phone, Slack, and on-site
- Field visits — spot checks at properties and observing technicians' work
- Daily monitoring of the ERP: which jobs are delayed, where there is friction, what needs a reaction
- Weekly KPI reviews: technician availability, response times, average star ratings
- Resolving difficult customer and worksite situations — escalations come to your desk
- Launching new teams and regional operations during the growth phase
- Practical support for technician recruitment together with the HR team
- Monthly reviews with the management team
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in leading field operations — property maintenance, logistics, or other similar service industry
- Experience with a multinational team — language skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to lead with both data and intuition — the ERP is a tool, not a substitute for understanding the field
- Fluent Spanish required, fluent English
- Preferably familiar with the Costa del Sol — or a clear desire to quickly internalize the region's specifics
What SolidMaint offers
- You build the field organization from scratch — you don't inherit existing processes or bad practices
- The ERP and data provide a level of visibility into field operations previously unseen in the industry
- Career path to a COO role or leadership of a regional organization with international expansion
- Support from the founding team — especially from the COO, who has a deep background in property maintenance
- Competitive salary and an equity component
Work Environment
- Approximately 60% in the field and at client sites, 40% at the office or hybrid
- You lead 3–10 team leads, who in turn lead 5–15 technicians per team
- The working language varies daily — Spanish with technicians, English with clients and management
- Costa del Sol office in the Marbella or Málaga area
