Field Operations Manager

You'll lead SolidMaint's field operations day to day — supporting team leads, coordinating work dispatch, overseeing quality in the field. The role that turns strategy into operational reality.
Responsibilities
- Daily support for team leads by phone, on Slack and on site
- Field visits — spot checks at properties and monitoring the work of field professionals
- Daily ERP monitoring: which jobs are delayed, where there's friction, what needs a response
- Weekly KPI reviews: technician availability, response times, average star ratings
- Resolving difficult customer and on-site situations — escalations land on your desk
- Launching new teams and regional operations during the growth phase
- Hands-on support for field recruitment together with the HR team
- Monthly reviews with the leadership team
What we expect
- At least 5 years' experience leading field operations — property maintenance, logistics or a comparable service industry
- Experience with a multinational team — language skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to lead with data and intuition at the same time — the ERP is a tool, not a substitute for understanding the field
- Fluent Spanish essential, fluent English
- Ideally knowledge of the Costa del Sol — or a clear drive to absorb the region's specifics quickly

Working environment
- Roughly 60% in the field and at customer properties, 40% office or hybrid
- You'll lead 3–10 team leads, who in turn lead 5–15 professionals per team
- The working language shifts through the day — Spanish with the field teams, English with customers and leadership
- Costa del Sol office in the Marbella or Málaga area
