Finance Controller

You are responsible for accounting, invoicing, financial reporting, and tax administration. You will build a financial foundation that scales across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of day-to-day accounting and coordination of the external accounting firm
- Monthly closing and financial reporting
- Invoicing processes and accounts receivable management
- Tax administration: VAT, corporate tax, Ley de Startups compliance
- Payroll coordination
- Building financial tools and automation
- Working with the external law firm and auditors
Requirements
- Fluent knowledge of Spanish accounting and taxation
- At least 5 years of experience — preferably in a growth company
- Familiarity with ERP and financial systems
- Fluent Spanish required, fluent English
- Data-driven work approach and ability to automate manual processes
