You're responsible for accounting, invoicing, financial reporting and tax administration. You'll build a financial foundation that scales across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of day-to-day accounting and coordinating the external accounting firm
- Monthly close and financial reporting
- Invoicing processes and receivables management
- Tax administration: VAT, corporate tax, Ley de Startups compliance
- Coordinating payroll
- Building finance tools and automation
- Working with the external law firm and auditors
What we expect
- Solid command of Spanish accounting and taxation
- At least 5 years' experience — preferably in a growth company
- Knowledge of ERP and financial systems
- Fluent Spanish essential, fluent English
- A data-driven approach and the ability to automate manual processes
