Fleet & Supply Manager

You are responsible for the company's vehicles, tools, materials, and warehouse logistics. You ensure that technicians always have the right equipment in the right place at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Procurement, maintenance, and optimization of the vehicle fleet
- Management of tools and equipment — lifecycle, maintenance, replacement
- Material procurement and supplier relationships — pricing, spare parts, chemicals
- Warehouse management and routing of materials to field work
- Integration of the ERP with inventory management — technicians can see material availability in real-time
- Cost tracking and consolidation of purchases as the company grows
- Weekly collaboration with the Dispatcher and Team Leads: what is needed, where, and when
Requirements
- Experience in field operations logistics or fleet management roles
- Understanding of property maintenance materials and tools
- Systematic work approach and data-driven decision-making
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience using an ERP system for inventory management is an advantage

Work Environment
