You're responsible for the company's vehicles, tools, materials and warehouse logistics. You make sure every professional always has the right equipment in the right place at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Procuring, maintaining and optimising the vehicle fleet
- Managing tools and equipment — lifecycle, servicing, replacement
- Material procurement and supplier relationships — pricing, spare parts, chemicals
- Inventory management and routing materials to field work
- Integrating the ERP with inventory management — technicians see material availability in real time
- Cost tracking and consolidating procurement as we grow
- Weekly collaboration with the Dispatcher and team leads: what's needed, where and when
What we expect
- Experience in field operations logistics or fleet management
- Understanding of property maintenance materials and tools
- A systematic way of working and data-driven decision-making
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Experience using an ERP for inventory management an advantage
