A versatile professional who can solve small and medium-sized problems across many trades, judge when a task belongs to a specialist, and represent SolidMaint in the field in the eyes of the customer.
Responsibilities
- Minor plumbing and electrical work, general building repairs, fixtures, doors, locks
- Minor appliance servicing, surface treatments, sealing and silicone work
- Small repairs on the spot during property audits
- Welcoming customers, key handling, preparing homes for a tenant or owner
- Preventive inspections: roof condition, drainage, awnings, locks, alarms
- A photo report of every visit in Property Vault
What we expect
- Broad hands-on experience in property maintenance — at least 3 years
- The ability to judge when a job is yours and when it belongs to a specialist
- A solution-focused attitude — Costa del Sol properties throw up unexpected situations constantly
- Good manners with customers — a visible representative of SolidMaint at the property
- Driving licence, tidy appearance, willingness to use mobile tools daily
- Eligible to register in Spain
