You'll build SolidMaint's digital visibility and organic growth — a 40,000+ page pSEO architecture and AI search optimisation (GEO).
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing the pSEO architecture — service × micro-location × language
- The pipeline for AI-driven content production and quality assurance
- Strategy for traditional SEO and AI search optimisation (ChatGPT, Perplexity)
- Optimising organic traffic and conversion
- A/B testing, technical SEO monitoring and improvements
- Collaboration with the Engineering Lead and the Brand & Content Manager
- Monitoring indexing status and search engine updates
What we expect
- A track record of building a large-scale pSEO or SEO programme
- Deep understanding of search engines and AI search
- Strong technical skills — Next.js, structured data, indexing
- Data analytics: GA4, Search Console, technical SEO analysis
- Fluent English; Spanish and other languages an advantage

Working environment
