You will build SolidMaint's digital visibility and organic growth — a 40,000+ page pSEO architecture and AI Search Optimization (GEO).

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing the pSEO architecture — service × micro-location × language
AI-based content creation and quality assurance pipeline
Strategy for traditional SEO and AI search optimization (ChatGPT, Perplexity)
Optimizing organic traffic and conversion
A/B testing, technical SEO monitoring, and improvements
Collaboration with the Engineering Lead and Brand & Content Manager
Monitoring indexing status and search engine updates

Requirements

Proven track record of building a large-scale pSEO or SEO program
Deep understanding of search engines and AI search
Strong technical skills — Next.js, structured data, indexing
Data analytics: GA4, Search Console, technical SEO analysis
Fluent in English; Spanish and other languages are an advantage
