Air Conditioning Installer and Technician

An F-gas certified air conditioning professional who is familiar with both residential and commercial systems and understands the special requirements placed on equipment by the coastal climate of the Costa del Sol.
Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of split units, multi-split systems, and air-to-air heat pumps
- Refrigerant charging and leak checks — in accordance with F-gas regulations
- Cleaning filters and evaporators, washing heat exchangers
- Underfloor heating and cooling, air ducts, and heat recovery
- Mandatory opening and demonstrable cleaning on every service visit — no shortcuts
- Photo reports with before/after images for Property Vault
Requirements
- Spanish F-gas certificate (carnet F-gas) or willingness to obtain it immediately
- At least 3 years of experience with residential and commercial air conditioning units
- Experience with equipment from various manufacturers: Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, Toshiba, Fujitsu
- Familiarity with the special conditions of the Costa del Sol: salty air, dust, continuous use
- Eligibility for registration in Spain

Work Environment
- Premium villas, apartments, occasionally small commercial properties
- Seasons: April–June installations and seasonal maintenance, July–August reactive work, autumn and winter servicing
