    Key Account Manager

    You are responsible for institutional key accounts — apartment communities, property management companies, construction firms, and rental platforms. B2B-type contracts with high volume.

    Responsibilities

    • Identifying, acquiring, and managing long-term key accounts
    • Negotiating complex contracts — pricing, SLAs, reporting
    • Monitoring contract fulfillment and developing the customer relationship
    • Customer-specific reports — a data-driven demonstration of the service's value
    • Collaboration with the Operations side to ensure delivery
    • New customer acquisition together with the Sales Manager
    • Quarterly strategy reviews with clients

    Requirements

    • At least 5 years of B2B sales or key account management experience
    • Experience with the Costa del Sol property market — knowledge of apartment communities and property management is an advantage
    • Excellent negotiation skills and a basic understanding of financial thinking
    • Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are an advantage
    • Systematic CRM work approach
