Key Account Manager

You are responsible for institutional key accounts — apartment communities, property management companies, construction firms, and rental platforms. B2B-type contracts with high volume.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, acquiring, and managing long-term key accounts
- Negotiating complex contracts — pricing, SLAs, reporting
- Monitoring contract fulfillment and developing the customer relationship
- Customer-specific reports — a data-driven demonstration of the service's value
- Collaboration with the Operations side to ensure delivery
- New customer acquisition together with the Sales Manager
- Quarterly strategy reviews with clients
Requirements
- At least 5 years of B2B sales or key account management experience
- Experience with the Costa del Sol property market — knowledge of apartment communities and property management is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation skills and a basic understanding of financial thinking
- Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are an advantage
- Systematic CRM work approach
