    Office Manager

    You are responsible for the daily operations of the office and administrative routines in a growing organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Office space management and development of office infrastructure
    • Administrative routines: contracts, insurance, permits
    • Coordinating travel and expense reports
    • Practical arrangements for new employees — equipment, spaces, onboarding coordination
    • Visits and events — client visits, investor meetings, team events
    • Collaboration with the Finance Controller on expense management
    • Coordinating administrative matters with authorities in Spain

    Requirements

    • Experience in office management or a similar administrative role
    • Systematic work approach and proactivity
    • Fluent in Spanish and English
    • Proficiency in digital tools — no outdated manual processes
