You are responsible for the daily operations of the office and administrative routines in a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Office space management and development of office infrastructure
- Administrative routines: contracts, insurance, permits
- Coordinating travel and expense reports
- Practical arrangements for new employees — equipment, spaces, onboarding coordination
- Visits and events — client visits, investor meetings, team events
- Collaboration with the Finance Controller on expense management
- Coordinating administrative matters with authorities in Spain
Requirements
- Experience in office management or a similar administrative role
- Systematic work approach and proactivity
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in digital tools — no outdated manual processes
