    You are responsible for SolidMaint's recruitment, onboarding, and human resources administration. The supply side is strategically important, so the role focuses on technician recruitment and retention.

    Responsibilities

    • Recruitment strategy — for technicians and administrative roles
    • Building recruitment channels: local networks, international outreach, referrals
    • Onboarding process together with the Training Manager
    • Human resources administration: employment contracts, autónomo models, payroll
    • Ley Rider compliance and other Spanish labor legislation
    • Building culture and commitment in a growing organization
    • Measuring and improving the employee experience

    Requirements

    • Experience in recruitment in a growth company — preferably in a multinational environment
    • Knowledge of Spanish labor law — especially autónomo models and Ley Rider
    • Fluent Spanish required, fluent English; other languages are an advantage
    • Networking in the region — ability to build recruitment channels from scratch
    • Data-driven approach to recruitment — what works, what doesn't
