An experienced water and drainage professional who knows the specific problems of Costa del Sol properties: hard, limescale-heavy water, pressure loss in hot-water circulation loops, and the typical faults of ageing pipework.
Responsibilities
- Locating, repairing and reporting leaks in villas and apartments
- Taps, toilets, hot water heaters, pumps, drains and pressure tanks — installation and maintenance
- Locating and repairing pipework in pool and irrigation systems
- Preventing limescale and corrosion damage
- Before/after photos via the mobile app for every job
- Property Vault records of equipment, pipework and parts used
What we expect
- At least 3 years' experience with water and drainage systems
- Experience with the recurring issues of the Costa del Sol: limescale, hot-water circulation blockages, outdoor drains, pressure systems
- Willingness to use a smartphone for job records and photo communication with customers
- Driving licence and your own vehicle initially, company vehicle later
- Eligible to register in Spain (autónomo or employment contract)
