An experienced professional in water and sewage systems who knows the specific problems of properties on the Costa del Sol: hard water, sedimentation in hot water circuits, and the typical faults of old plumbing.
Responsibilities
- Locating, repairing, and reporting leaks in villas and apartments
- Faucets, toilets, water heaters, pumps, wells, and pressure tanks — installation and maintenance
- Locating and repairing piping for swimming pool and irrigation systems
- Preventing lime and corrosion damage
- Before/after photos with a mobile app for every job
- Property Vault entries for equipment, piping, and parts used
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with water and sewage systems
- Experience with recurring problems on the Costa del Sol: limescale, hot water circuit blockages, yard drains, pressure systems
- Willingness to use a smartphone for work entries and visual communication with clients
- Driver's license and own vehicle initially, company vehicle later
- Eligibility for registration in Spain (autónomo or employment contract)
