Pool Maintenance Technician

A professional with full command of pool water chemistry and equipment who does the work verifiably — without the customer having to take an invoice on trust.
Responsibilities
- Regular care of chlorine and salt systems, water quality testing and reporting
- Filter cleaning and replacement, pump servicing, heating systems
- Cleaning and vacuuming floors and walls, edge and skimmer cleaning
- Related systems: pool heat pumps, salt electrolysis, automatic dosing units, counter-current swim units
- A chemical readings log in Property Vault — pH, chlorine, alkalinity, cyanuric acid, salt content
- Every visit verified with GPS plus time stamps and photos
What we expect
- At least 2 years' experience in pool maintenance — occasional cleaning alone is not enough
- Chemistry fundamentals: command of pH, chlorine and water balancing
- Experience with both salt and traditional chlorine disinfection systems
- Willingness to use mobile tools daily for job records
- Eligible to register in Spain

Working environment
- Private villas, townhouse complexes and residents' communities
- A daily route of 8–15 pools depending on how densely the complexes are clustered
- Special demands in high season — in rental properties, the pool must be in perfect condition every day
