Product Manager

You're responsible for product management of SolidMaint's ERP and other product features. The bridge between the business, field professionals, customers and the development team.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of the ERP's product vision and roadmap
- User interviews with field professionals, customer service and customers
- Feature prioritisation — what genuinely adds value for operations and the customer
- Briefing the development team and steering iteration
- Developing AI features together with the Data / AI Engineer
- Analysing product and usage data
- Collaboration with the Quality Manager and Training Manager — the product enables quality and training
What we expect
- Experience in a product manager role — ERP, SaaS or a field-service-type product an advantage
- Ability to translate business problems into product requirements
- Data-driven decision-making
- Fluent English, Spanish an advantage
- Understanding of the opportunities AI brings to the product

Working environment

- Field visits are part of the job — observing field professionals' work on site
- You'll work with the Engineering Lead, Data / AI Engineer, Quality Manager and Training Manager
