You are responsible for the product management of SolidMaint's ERP and other product features. The bridge between the business, technicians, customers, and the development team.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of the ERP's product vision and roadmap
- User interviews with field technicians, customer service, and customers
- Prioritizing features — what actually brings value to operations and the customer
- Briefing the development team and guiding iteration
- Developing AI features together with the Data / AI Engineer
- Analyzing product data and usage data
- Collaboration with the Quality Manager and Training Manager — the product enables quality and training
Requirements
- Experience in a Product Manager role — ERP, SaaS, or field service type product is an advantage
- Ability to translate business problems into product requirements
- Data-driven decision-making
- Fluent English, Spanish is an advantage
- Understanding of the opportunities AI brings to the product

Work Environment

- Field visits are part of the job — observing technicians' work on-site
