    Sales Manager

    You will build and lead new customer sales. You are responsible for sales processes, the team, and a repeatable sales machine.

    Responsibilities

    • Designing, implementing, and measuring the sales process
    • Converting inbound leads into customers
    • Building and leading the sales team
    • Developing pricing and packaging together with the management team
    • Ownership of the CRM and sales data
    • Collaborating with the Growth & pSEO Lead to refine the lead generation engine
    • Partnerships with local real estate agents, law firms, and other networks

    Requirements

    • Proven track record of building a sales machine from scratch
    • Experience in service sales — preferably in the premium segment
    • Strong CRM and data skills
    • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage
    • A coaching leadership style — the sales team thrives with sparring

    Work Environment
