The direct line manager for field professionals. You're responsible for the daily work, quality and onboarding of your trade group or regional team. The first management level where SolidMaint's values become everyday practice.
Responsibilities
- Daily guidance for your own team of 5–15 professionals — morning briefings, answering questions, removing obstacles
- Onboarding new professionals in the field — demonstrating the work, shadowing their first visits
- Quality assurance — spot checks at your team members' job sites
- Handling the customer interface in demanding situations — you step in when a team member needs backup
- Balancing the team's workload together with the Dispatcher
- Reviewing ERP star ratings and customer feedback with your team weekly
- Taking part in recruitment interviews for your own trade area
What we expect
- At least 5 years' hands-on experience in your own trade — building services, pool maintenance, gardening or other
- Experience leading a team, or clear evidence of leadership potential
- Good Spanish essential, English an advantage
- A trust builder — for both team members and customers
- Willingness to work mobile and use the ERP actively every day

Working environment
- In the field with your team 3–4 days a week, at the office the rest
- You'll lead either a trade group (e.g. pool maintenance) or an area (e.g. Estepona)
- Team members are usually Spanish-speaking; customers are multilingual
- Your own base in a dedicated or team-shared space
