Direct supervisor for field technicians. You are responsible for the daily work, quality, and onboarding of your professional group or regional team. The first level of management where SolidMaint's values are turned into practical work.
Responsibilities
- Daily guidance for your team of 5–15 technicians — morning briefings, answering questions, removing obstacles
- Onboarding new technicians in the field — demonstrating tasks, supervising first visits
- Ensuring quality — spot checks at your own technicians' worksites
- Handling the customer interface in demanding situations — you step in when a technician needs support
- Balancing the team's workload together with the Dispatcher
- Reviewing ERP star ratings and customer feedback with technicians weekly
- Participating in recruitment interviews for your professional area
Requirements
- At least 5 years of practical experience in your own professional area — building technology, pool maintenance, gardening, or other
- Experience in leading a team or clear evidence of leadership potential
- Good Spanish required, English is an advantage
- A trust-builder — for both technicians and customers
- Willingness to work with mobile tools and actively use the ERP daily

Work Environment
- In the field with your team 3–4 days a week, at the office for the rest
- You lead either a professional group (e.g., pool maintenance) or a region (e.g., Estepona)
- Team technicians are usually Spanish-speaking; clients are multilingual
- Own office in a private or shared team space
