    Training Manager

    Builds and maintains SolidMaint's training system — onboarding, professional development, certifications. Ensures that growth in technician numbers does not mean a drop in quality.

    Responsibilities

    • Building and maintaining the onboarding program for each professional role
    • Organizing external and internal certification training — F-gas, electrical qualifications, PV, pool chemistry
    • Continuous development program: new equipment, new work methods, customer service skills
    • Developing a digital learning platform — AI support for personalized learning
    • Building and managing a network of trainers
    • Collaboration with the Quality Manager — turning quality gaps into training topics
    • Participating in the final stage assessment of technician recruitment

    Requirements

    • Experience in vocational training or building training programs
    • Understanding of adult professional learning — practicality is key
    • Knowledge of the building technology or property maintenance industry is an advantage
    • Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are an advantage
    • Utilization of digital training platforms and AI tools

    Work Environment
