Training Manager

You'll build and maintain SolidMaint's training system — onboarding, skills development, certifications. You'll make sure that growth in headcount never means a drop in quality.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining the onboarding programme for each professional role
- Organising external and internal certification training — F-gas, electrical qualifications, PV, pool chemistry
- A continuous development programme: new equipment, new methods, customer service skills
- Developing the digital learning platform — AI support for personalised learning
- Building and leading a network of trainers
- Collaboration with the Quality Manager — turning quality gaps into training topics
- Taking part in final-stage assessments in field recruitment
What we expect
- Experience in vocational training or building training programmes
- Understanding of adult professional learning — practicality is key
- Knowledge of building services or property maintenance an advantage
- Fluent Spanish and English; other languages an advantage
- Ability to leverage digital learning platforms and AI tools

Working environment
